Contact form: When you submit a contact inquiry, your name, email address, and message are sent directly to AWS Lambda for processing. This data is not stored on publifye.org itself.

Analytics: We use anonymous pageview tracking. Your IP address is hashed with a daily rotating salt, meaning we cannot identify individual visitors. No personally identifiable information is stored in our analytics.

Cookies & Local Storage

Theme preference: We store your light/dark theme choice in your browser’s localStorage. This never leaves your device.

Admin sessions: If you are an authenticated administrator, a session cookie is used to maintain your login. This cookie is secure, HTTP-only, and not used for tracking.

We do not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking cookies.

How We Use Data

We use contact form submissions solely to respond to your inquiries. Anonymous analytics data helps us understand which pages are visited so we can improve the site. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

Contact form submissions are processed through Amazon Web Services (AWS) Lambda. We do not use advertising networks, social media trackers, or any other third-party services that collect personal data on this site.

Data Retention

Contact form submissions are retained only as long as necessary to respond to your inquiry. Analytics data is anonymized at the point of collection and cannot be linked back to individual users. Admin session data expires after 7 days of inactivity.
